Student Services are available virtually:
- On live chat between 10am-4pm, Monday – Friday

- By phone +44 (0) 115 74 86500 between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
- Or through virtual appointments (using Microsoft Teams), available on request and can be booked by speaking to an advisor on live chat.
We also have two Service Centres open for essential in-person appointments, University Park Central and Sutton Bonington, although we are offering limited hours at present.
You can book an in-person appointment online, please make a note of the location when you book as students are advised not to travel between campuses.
