Libraries at The University of Nottingham

University of Nottingham libraries play a vital role in helping students and staff achieve their learning, teaching and research goals at the University.

Library spaces and services

We offer a wide range of inspiring learning environments in our eight UK
libraries. Most libraries provide a combination of silent, quiet and collaborative learning spaces, including bookable study rooms.

If you want to use a computer, borrow a laptop or iPad, or get IT help then our libraries are the place for you.  Some of our libraries offer an IT Smart Bar service.

Our long opening hours, including 24/7, offer flexibility to choose when you prefer to study.
